Will Kassi be able to use it this summer?

We had a small break in the weather yesterday morning, meaning it was sunny for a couple of hours! So we decided it was a good time to put up Kassi's pool. (The other reason we chose now is our water rates are going up as of July 1, trying to save a few pennies.)
st level out the area it was last year with sand. It was a little uneven last year, would love to build a deck, but using a little sand is much cheaper.
nd begin airing up the top ring...airing, airing, airing, okay now I feel like an idiot it just does not seem to be getting full. Awe there is a large hole in it, that explains it.
rd patch hole in top ring and begin airing again. So glad we have an air compressor.
th begin filling with water, stop at one inch and level the bottom. Okay that means getting in the water...it's only 60 degrees out. Man is that water cold my, dancing around like crazy because it is so cold. Kassi laughing at mommy hysterically and saying "funny mommy".
th Wes puts the filter and pump together and on the pool.
th pool continues to fill with water...and continues and continues. 650 gallons is a lot of water.
th Wes chlorinates and tests the water.
th put thermometer in the water. 62 degrees, no swimming today.
th Kassi running around screaming "fun, pool, swim, yeah, ready". Try to explain to two year old that the water is too cold and we have to wait until it gets warmer. Yeah good luck.
th put debris cover on.
th neighbor kids playing in back yard with Kassi, one decides to hit the pool cover with the golf club, nice big hole in brand new pool cover.
